Introduction to Planet Organic Health Corp

Planet Organic is a progressive new company with combined industry experience of over 20 years. The objective of the company is to bring consolidation and managerial expertise to the fragmented natural foods market in Canada. Our data shows that approximately 20% to 25% of natural food stores fit into the criteria we have adopted. Our guidelines point us to stores between 2,000 and 8,000 square feet in markets with appropriate demographics. As we grow, we will also consider stores in smaller locations which, after expansion or renovation, can prosper and grow to fit within our store criteria.

In addition to an aggressive growth strategy, it is important to maintain shareholder value by promoting the potential of our company and inevitably increasing share price. By focusing on both stock performance and earning performance, we will satisfy our shareholders and meet our projections. Another important benefit to consolidation is increasing our margins with buying power—capitalizing on volume discounts that single-location retailers cannot reach. We also will benefit from the consolidation of the intellectual capital we will acquire with each new location. This will increase the efficiency of our procedures and systems.
